The housing market may be in recovery mode, but many community associations continue to face significant challenges with unpaid assessments from unit owners. One of the remedies that our firm’s community association attorneys have discussed in prior articles in this blog is the ability that associations have to collect the rent directly from the tenants of owners who are delinquent in the payment of their monthly association dues.
